We've decided to test whether we're receiving false praise or if we're truly on the right track. To get honest feedback, we're being vulnerable and placing ourselves in what may be an uncomfortable position. We're seeking insight from practitioners whose expertise has been built on years of managing this process. We saw an opportunity to combine our behavioral science and legal backgrounds to create a service that reduces intake time, builds client experiences more likely to yield referrals than dismissal letters, increases billable hours by giving lawyers more time to practice law and less time chasing paperwork, and structures meaningful attorney-client interactions without playing social worker or translating trauma narratives for the court.

We want to be respectful of your valuable time, and we don't want to sell you in any way. Our intent is purely to obtain your expert opinion on our services, yet we feel that somehow, we should provide our end of the quid pro quo other than the good karma your participation will produce.
Therefore, if after we speak you feel that we may be on to something and want to try our service out we would be happy to provide you or the firm with one client intake with our compliments. Of course there are a couple of strings with this choice: one, we would want to deliver the client in the format to which you desire, we would want to follow your protocols, and deliver documentation to you in the fashion you are most comfortable with, thus not steering you or your process too far from the middle. We will set up a secondary call to obtain these nuances first hand and of course we can obtain these from a staff member as well. Finally, we would offer to set up a follow review in order for us to obtain additional feedback and experience report. A short conversation yet vital in our process, we know we cannot just set out to be good, because we have learned that sometimes good is not good enough.
If you chose not to use the free intake we are happy to offer gratis a high-level feasibility study of your current practices, comparing them to the national averages which you can see here are not the best for referrals, hourly rates, and client centric business. Nevertheless, we will strive to be as neutral as possible because it would take about half a day for one of our team members working with your staff to understand your process and the results of that process. Finally, we would then present our findings along with potential impact and areas to exploit to further impact a reduction in intake, client communication, retention, referrals, experience management, narrative development, and structure along with expectations should change be implemented. Again, the study and data captured is yours to do with as you see fit, even if that means using the data with another provider to implement the desired change.
